Bio de Laetitia
Trained as an anthropologist and lifelong globe-trotter, I spent years living in Asia, where I immersed myself in traditional medicine practices. I later completed several years of formal training in naturopathy, herbal medicine and hypnotherapy in Canada. I am also the author of a book on family herbal medicine, published in Canada. Now based in Portugal, I offer retreats, courses, consultations both locally and online, and create my own line of handcrafted herbal products.
