ROLE OVERVIEW

As a City Partner, you are responsible for building and growing behyve's supply side in your city by onboarding and activating high-quality service professionals. You are the local point of contact and ensure a smooth operational setup from first outreach to first bookings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • –Identify, approach, and onboard relevant service professionals in your city (e.g., wellness, beauty, lifestyle, mobility, etc.)
  • –Guide professionals through profile setup, pricing, availability, and first 'hive' creation
  • –Maintain a structured pipeline and onboarding tracker; report weekly progress and key blockers
  • –Ensure professional quality: correct service listings, photos, descriptions
  • –Support activation: help professionals get their first bookings and keep availability updated

REQUIREMENTS

  • –Strong local network and/or sales/outreach mindset
  • –Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently
  • –Strong communication skills (phone, WhatsApp, email)
  • –Service in hospitality, concierge, marketplaces, or partnerships is a plus
  • –An existing network / following / community in the city is a strong plus
  • –Multilingual skills are a plus

COMPENSATION

100% performance-based (solo). Paid per professional onboarded and/or via a revenue share on the professionals you onboard (model depends on the market and partner setup).

Consistent onboarding velocity, high-quality professional profiles, and a growing base of active professionals leading to sustainable bookings.
