Bio de Daiana
My name is Daiana and I am an elite tennis coach from Romania. I was a professional player for more than 20 years playing on the WTA circuit and was at the top of the Junior rankings, both in my country as well as internationally. Having been at the top at this sport for many years, working with the best profesionals in the field, I now have quite a different approach to coaching. I view the player as an Integrated unit where Body, Mind and Emotions work together as a Unit, not separately. I place great emphasis on working with our emotions, commitment, and education through tennis. I currently work with both kids and adults, in private and group settings, teaching at a variety of locations throughout the island. My classes are tailored to meet the needs of all skill levels, from beginners to more advanced players. My main focus is to translate the complexity of tennis into simple language, relatable for any level. Players will not only learn the basics techniques; they will learn how to properly move on court and the appropriate etiquette of a tennis player. I don’t just feed balls and give standard tips. I am intense, I am passionate and I am commited to make you better in the short amount of time we have together on court.
