For me, Pilates is more than just a form of exercise—it's an invitation to reconnect with your body and yourself, with patience and gratitude. I practiced classical ballet for over 15 years, notably at the National School of Dance in Marseille, where I first discovered Pilates. After earning a Master’s degree in marketing and working in the luxury industry, I became deeply aware of how vital body awareness is in our fast-paced, sedentary lives. In 2017, I trained in both mat and equipment Pilates with Polestar and have since taught in physical therapy clinics, gyms, Pilates studios, hotel spas, corporate settings, and wellness retreats. Since 2020, I’ve been sharing my passion through my online studio Le Club Pilates. I'm also a Pilates ambassador for the brand Oysho—and a proud mother of two.
