Hi, I’m Vasilisa. I work with the Bodymind as a gateway to clarity, power, and deeper connection with all life. My approach, Elemental BodyMind Integration, blends somatic awareness, breath, and energy work to realign all the “bodies” into whole healthy & content Self. Many come to me when they feel physical or emotional pain, overwhelmed by their sensitivity, or disconnected from themselves, - and leave grounded, open, and filled with Life Force. Originally from Eastern Europe, I’ve been shaped by years of studying somatic work, psychology, and healing traditions like yoga, Hermetics and Qi Gong. In devotion to (y)our evolution, I create spaces where you rediscover your inner strength and softness, groundedness and lightness, uniqueness and oneness at the same time.
