Delete your behyve account
You can delete your behyve or behyve Creator account at any time.
How to delete your account
In the app
Go to Settings → Delete account.
By email
Write to support@behyve.net from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm once it's done, within 30 days.
Before you delete
An account with a confirmed upcoming booking can't be deleted until that booking has been completed or cancelled.
What gets deleted
- Name
- Photo
- Bio
- Profile
- For Creators, their offerings and portfolio
- Chat messages
- Request photos
- Reviews and hyves you wrote
What we keep
Booking and payment records are kept for tax and accounting for a maximum of 2 years.
