Hi, I’m Sofía — a dentist and RYT-500 yoga teacher with over 5 years of experience, bringing alignment to both your smile and your soul. After years of exploring movement, spirituality, and ancient practices, I’ve learned that true wellbeing begins with awareness of the body and calmness of the mind. In my classes, I blend mindful yoga, breathwork, and deep relaxation techniques specially designed to ease jaw tension and support those dealing with bruxism. I offer personalized 1:1 sessions, adapted to all levels and tailored to your unique needs — whether you're seeking to strengthen your back, reduce stress, or reconnect with your inner space.
