I am a trained Early Childhood Education Specialist and a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor specializing in yoga for children with special educational needs. Due to the difficulties many mothers face daily, one of the most important things for me is to help them and their families to increase self-steam, well-being, self-control through yoga poses, conscious movement and psychomotor skills.
