Laura's Bio
My mission is to empower women to reclaim their true wisdom, radiance and power and encourage them to express themselves in this world without holding back. To me there is nothing more beautiful than to see a woman shining her Light! I have more than a decade of experience in hosting retreats and guided hundreds of women into remembering their feminine power. Also my partner and I help couples to deepen their connection and intimacy, so that they can bring their relationship to the next level. A Divine level! My spiritual path started already at a young age, I have been practicing and teaching yoga and meditation from when I was 19 years old. I am a certified Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher and have given thousands of classes by now. My journey started with yoga and evolved into facilitating retreats here on the magical island! For the past 10 years I have hosted Yoga, Women and Couple Retreats. Besides retreats I also facilitate private Women Circles, Cacao Ceremonies and Couple sessions. All the things I deeply love and care about are infused into my offerings. Whatever session you book with me, you will feel delicious and deeply nourished!
