I graduated in Communication and specialized as a Couples and Sex Therapist. I have dedicated my career to exploring the complexities of human relationships. My approach is based on a unique combination of the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Gestalt Therapy models. The last 14 years of my life have been spent on the inspiring island of Ibiza. Furthermore, I am the author of the book "Love Under Construction: 21 Activities to Strengthen Your Relationship and Cultivate a Healthy Bond".With my interdisciplinary approach and a great passion for authenticity, I consider myself a guide for those seeking genuine and enriching relationships.
