I know firsthand the courage it takes to confront your shadows. My journey has been filled with challenges, trauma, additions and harmful habits, such as bulimia, botox, breast implants, sleeping medications, alcohol and party substances, but through overcoming them, I have found the beautiful spark of life. These struggles have made me sick, but they also led me to years of research and self-discovery. For years, apart from attending many types of retreats around the world, I also have had the privilege of hosting numerous group retreats and 1-on-1 sessions, guiding both women and men through their own transformative processes. These experiences have taught me the profound impact of creating a safe and supportive space for deep, personal exploration.
