I have been leading yoga and meditation classes in Ibiza for 5 years, sharing the beauty of the practice and the island throughout the whole year. I lead classes in some of the most beautiful locations, including Es Vedra, Time & Space and on beautiful sandy beaches. All of my classes are closed with a soothing sound bowl experience. That bring a true magic to the classes. I’m also trained in Emotional Freedom Technique, with over 12 years experience. During this time I have worked with many clients face to face and online, as well as leading workshops to share the powerful technique. Having made such a huge difference in my own life, it’s such a joy to be able to share them in Ibiza with you all.
