The Ingredients of My Being Born in Italy, I am a chef, a consultant, and a “good fork” — someone who truly loves food. For me, cooking is about creating happiness for others and taking care of people through what I serve. The first time I ever cooked was in nursery school. What did I make, you ask? A plasticine omelette. Yes — plasticine! I placed it in a tiny pan and melted it on the radiator. Even at that tender age, for me, cooking meant care.
