Hi, I'm Evy, a yoga teacher, Reiki and sound practitioner with over 800 hours of training in Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga Therapy, Pilates, Reiki and Sound Healing. I teach in English, German and Spanish. I believe in creating a supportive space that's grounded yet light-hearted, helping you feel stronger, calmer and more connected—both on and off the mat.
