Spanish born, lived abroad for 15+ Years in London, india and mexico. 12 years of experience and 7 years training teachers. I had the pleasure to collaborate with amazing brands and platforms and my teachings are featured in Yoga International and Oye App amongst others. I teach different techniques, all rooted in deep energetic work, nervous system regulation and a deep understanding of how to make people feel good in their bodies. My approach to life and practice is sensual, subtle, empowering, and pleasurable. I am all in for transformation and self-actualization. I am in love with life even when it hurts. ♥️✨
