I am a chef with 10 years of experience in high-end hotel establishments. Abroad at the Cheval Blanc Palace in Saint Barthélemy, in Corsica in the most beautiful restaurant in Piana, in Paris at the Mandarin Oriental. I studied cooking at the prestigious Ferrandi school in Paris. My first mentor was the Michelin-starred chef Thierry Marx. I am a lover of French and Levantine gastronomy.
