I'm a certified TRE® Provider with a diploma in Gestalt Therapy, a sociologist, and a communication specialist. My main focus? Helping people mend their relationship with themselves and the world around them. How? Through counseling, nervous system regulation and Tension, Stress & Trauma Releasing Exercises, and meditation. Why? Because I genuinely believe that everyone deserves to find their own path, feel safe in their bodies and express themselves freely. One of my greatest passions is guiding individuals to connect with their authentic selves, shape their own narratives, and embrace their uniqueness. Sharing the knowledge and experiences I've gained along my journey is something I'm deeply committed to. I draw inspiration from Gestalt therapy, Ken Wilber’s integral psychology, non-dual meditation, and the newest neuroscience research. I find joy in nurturing meaningful relationships, exploring thought-provoking art and culture, and immersing myself in the awe-inspiring beauty of the great outdoors. With a wandering spirit, I'm drawn to the wonders of nature and the excitement of travel, constantly amazed by how these experiences bring me closer to my true self and the essence of life. They also foster a deep sense of humility and appreciation for the unique qualities and beauty of each individual, influencing the way I approach my work. Driven by a genuine curiosity about human connections, communal living, and the intricacies of human nature, I'm committed to assisting others in finding their unique insights on how they create their reality and meaning in their life.
