I have been a Bellydance Artist my whole adult life and the dance is still a big part. This winter I give a regular class, Tuesdays 12-1pm in SanLorenzo. Conscious Touch Massage🪶 Each time I give or receive bodywork I bring myself into the mystery. Yes, at one level there is a plan and a practice. We have an ache, we are weary, we bring our frazzled energy or our rigidity, and we come to be transformed. But in the moment of touch, what is happening? When I touch, I bring my whole self and you too, your cells are there, and so is your emotional body, your history, your inner child, your grief, and your spiritual heart. When you are touched, all these parts of you respond. Each touch is a communication. As a practitioner of bodywork I have been blessed, I have been touching bodies as a conscious practice for many years. But each time I enter that sacred space with another human being we fall into a pool of timelessness. The potential of that space beckons me to grow in presence and to surrender whatever gets in the way of the healing intention in that living moment of communion. With a strong background in Yoga, Bodywork, Bellydance, Medicine-songs and Ceremonies, Zorah shares her Knowledge not only through privat conscious touch sessions or teachings but also as a facilitator of the Shamanic Illumination by the teachings of Alberto Villoldo.
