« You’ll never have another body, take care about this one »
Bio de Yurii
I work with the body with respect, patience, and full presence. My massage goes deeper than muscles. It resets the nervous system, releases long-held emotional tension, and clears the mind. People leave feeling rested, grounded, and strangely sharper — focus and effectiveness often increase by 10–43%. This is not a spa ritual. It’s a recalibration. You can of course find reasons or excuses to deny yourself pleasure and help yourself reboot your nervous system and brain through working with your body, but remember the following: You’ll never have another body… Take care about this one.
