Bio de Yamila
My yoga journey began in 2008 in Mumbai, where I discovered a practice that transformed my life. In 2013, I completed my Hatha Yoga teacher training at Ananda Yoga Center, followed by further studies in Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin Yoga, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, Children’s Yoga, and Pranayama. My intention is to create a space where people can reconnect with themselves, find balance, and experience the transformative power of yoga for the body, mind, and soul.
