"With a solid education initiated in my home country, Spain, and studying at the renowned School of Hospitality in Alicante, I began my career as a chef, working at Quique DaCosta, a 3 Michelin star restaurant, Open restaurant, Nou Manolin, La Ereta, and Populi, where I gained experience and knowledge alongside great chefs. For the past ten years, I have been living in Ibiza. On this vibrant island, together with Nara Jiménez, we have founded a company specialized in private chef services and events, where we apply our passion and experience to offer unique and memorable culinary experiences. With us, you can enjoy Mediterranean cuisine, with our strong point being rice dishes, a culinary specialty that we have perfected over the years and that is the heart of our gastronomic offering."
