Bio de Juan Francisco
Juan Francisco Posse Villagra Massage Therapist & Osteopath With over 15 years of experience, I listen to what each body needs, helping it restore balance and activate self-healing. My journey began through sports and theatre, sparking a deep interest in movement, expression, and body awareness. This path led me to therapeutic massage and osteopathy, where I developed a holistic approach that honors the body as a physical, emotional, and energetic whole. In my sessions, I blend techniques like Deep Tissue, sports massage, Thai massage, and Organic Psycho-Osteopathy (structural, craniosacral, and visceral), tailoring each treatment to the individual. My practice is enriched by yoga, Vipassana meditation, and Contact Improvisation, allowing me to support each person with attentive listening, presence, and respect for their process. Through massage and osteopathy, I create a space for the body to release tension, integrate experiences, and regain its natural harmony.
