Bio de Eliane
Hi, I'm Eliane In service of authentic expression in life. I bring a dash of spice and playfulness into the path of awareness. I love building bridges to connect worlds through my spicy, multicolored, fertile, and unique way of being. Seeker and practitioner of re-enchanting of life, Italian by birth, I earned a master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Politecnico of Milan. After exploring the globe travelling, a burnout, and a long history of short intense dragging relationships driven more by sexual attraction than real soul connection, I came to realize that both spirit and body must walk on the same side for real growth and evolution in this human experience. My spiritual awakening occurred at 26 in Brazil while walking on a desert beach: I understood that building the longest bridge in the world wouldn't take me over the inner existential problems I was facing. I returned to Europe, settling in Barcelona, where I became an Expert in NLP Coaching, completed the 2nd level of the SAT program on the Enneagram of the Personality, and finally pursued a 3-year master’s in Integral Transpersonal Psychology. Following a painful break-up, I started a one-year celibate that led me to explore sexuality from the perspectives of Neo-Tantra, Somatic Sexuality, The Art of Temple (ISTA), and Embodied Spirituality, ultimately developing my own sexual practice and approach to intimacy. I am the founder of Spicy Spirit, a project designed to guide curious humans in the process of (re)learning how to create “intimacy” with themselves and others. By blending the wisdom of transpersonal psychology and sexuality, I offer private sessions to support people in thriving through life’s challenges, both in terms of personal and spiritual growth and sexuality. Additionally, I facilitate workshops and retreats in Spain and Italy. I truly believe that “Consciousness is Sexy”, and I am committed to sharing this belief as we navigate life's intricate pathways together.
