Originally I’m from Poland, but in 2011 I moved to Ibiza, where I live now. Since then I have been travelling around the world to discover new flavours. Cooking has always been my passion. It was a way to honor my friends and family. Food can become more than just a habit. It is a daily ritual in its own right, to which we can give more love and awareness each time. Tastes and visions evolve with who we are and who we become, as does how we choose to eat. I was so excited to share new ways to cook based 100% on plants, while providing a hearty and tasty meal, that little by little this enthusiasm turned into my full-time job as a vegan chef. Food is not just a matter of survival, but can satiate body and soul and even become your medicine. I also pay particular attention to the choice of my ingredients and the preparation of the dishes. I source as much as possible of fresh, local and organic products. It allows me to play with colours, textures and flavours. I cook with love and passion and that's what I want transmit to you.
