Welcome, My name is Jo Davis and I’m a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, energy worker and yin yoga teacher specialising in transformative healing. I’ve hosted breathwork groups, private sessions and retreat facilitation in Bali, LA, UK and other places. This type of work is close to my heart as I personally experienced PTSD back in 2019. I’m very dedicated towards this work, as it changed the course of my life and overall healing journey. During my own healing journey, I sought out different methods we are told to use on a societal level, however I found that talking about my experience was leading me to intellectualising my trauma and I was doing all of the mental work, however this wasn’t aligned with what was happening inside of my body. After I did my own research and found Breathwork, I found it so powerful that I trained to be a facilitator as I truly wanted to share the practice on a collective level. My teachings offer stress reduction, resiliency, subconscious releasing and reprogramming, hypnosis, meditation, somatic connection and connection to higher self. Alternative healing modalities provide us with a solution – a solution which we are not usually shown or able to access from an early age. I’m passionate about embodying this type of work every day and holding space for others, so we can share this with our future generations and many more lineages to come. Being able to go within and discover more of yourself, is one of the most empowering and transformational steps you can take for yourself and for a new world. I offer 1-1 and group sessions, workshops, retreats and festivals. I can’t wait to hold space for you.
