Biografía de Delia
Delia is a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher as well as Traditional Hatha, and Therapeutic Yoga, with 20 years of experience. Her classes focuses on alignment and adaptation of the poses to each body with the help of props if needed. Her expertise helps us to enhance our practice. Delia is also a Bhakti musician, her voice and guitar connect us to our divine essence. Her multicultural livehood gave her the ability to melt into the root of ethnical music. She transmit her passion through voice workshop, kirtans and concerts. She is founder of the band “ Alas de Luz”.
