Hi, I’m Daline. I’m based in Ibiza since 6 years and I work with EMS, which means “electro muscle stimulation”. It’s a high efficient technology which optimizes your workout in just 25 minutes. The main effects of my personal training with EMS are: • weight and fat reduction • optimization of the metabolism • improved posture • body toning • better resistance to stress I studied Fitness Economics in Germany and I work international with EMS since 2012. I’m also a certified Personal trainer and certified sports rehabilitation trainer :) I come to your house / boat / villa 💪🏼☺️!
