Hola, I have been a Chef for around 18 years whilst living in Ibiza in the summers, France in the winters, with a few places in between. I have a passion for working with different cuisines and I love to travel and find great inspiration in food from around the world. I have years of experience cooking everything from Asian to Middle Eastern cuisine, vegetarian and vegan cuisine to meat filled BBQs. After years of working in/running kitchens and chalets, I am now available as a private chef. I have been creating menus for years and am happy to provide anything from brunch menus, gourmet BBQ menus, fine dining menus to around the world vegetarian mezze evenings.
