6. BEHYVE’S SOCIAL MEDIA PROFILES

BEHYVE has a profile on the main social networks, such as Instagram or Facebook.

When you become a follower of one of our pages on social networks, the processing of data is governed by the terms of use, privacy policy and access rules of the corresponding social network, previously accepted by the user.

In this sense, BEHYVE will process your data for the correct management of its presence on the social network, to inform you about activities, products or services, as well as for any other purpose allowed by the regulations of the social network.

We also inform you that this Privacy Policy only applies to the collection, processing and use of information (relating to personal data) by us through your interaction with our Website. Third party websites that you may access through links on the Website have their own privacy policies over which we have no control. We therefore recommend that you read their privacy policies before providing them with any personal information.

Some of our service providers are located in countries outside the European Economic Area (“EEA“).

The location of these companies outside the EEA implies the existence of an international transfer of your personal data, which may result in a lower level of protection than that provided by European legislation. However, BEHYVE has taken steps to ensure that such transfers do not result in a lower level of protection for your personal data.

In this regard, service providers outside the EEA have a valid mechanism to be able to carry out international transfers: (i) either they have signed the relevant Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (“SCC“), an agreement signed by both entities in which the non-EU company guarantees that it will apply European data protection standards or, (ii) if they are US companies, they may be certified by the new EU-US Data Privacy Framework (“DPF”) compliance decision.

Therefore, using these providers will not result in a lower level of protection for your personal data than using providers located in the EU.

The content of the SCC and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework Adequacy Decision can be found at the following links:

Below is a list of the international transfers that we make from BEHYVE:

8. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Some service providers are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), which involves international data transfers. BEHYVE ensures that these transfers provide adequate protection for your data through mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) or compliance with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF).
